Many clients have between $500 and $1,000 per year in coverage and don’t even realize it—we’ll check for you.


📱 Simply text your insurance provider (e.g., ICBC, Canada Life, Manulife, Pacific Blue Cross, etc.), your plan number, and your client ID number to Janice at 604-243-6414 — and we’ll confirm whether your sessions are covered.


💡 Side note: If you currently have an open ICBC claim, your personal training sessions are covered as part of your rehabilitation plan.
