Like a mad scientist who experiments on themselves, we use physiotherapy to heal from the inside out.
We understand what it’s like to live with pain. As a thrill-seeking, extreme-sports-loving weekend warrior, Janice injured almost every joint in her body and developed osteoarthritis thanks to high-speed skiing, downhill mountain biking, breaking her kneecap in half, and three severe car accidents. Physiotherapy has helped Janice to heal fully from each of these injuries and get back to rollerdance, CrossFit, and the slopes.

We work with anyone who wants to keep working and playing hard and wants to keep going despite their aches, pains and arthritis—from bad-ass weekend warriors who love to push their limits to independent seniors who have no intention of slowing down.
We love getting people back to normal after a car accident, helping adults with knee pain keep running, skiing, and playing with their kids and grandkids, getting high-performing professionals back to work, helping soccer-loving kids get back on the field, and keeping rollergirls (and guys) confidently jamming!
